When can I request a payout?
The following withdrawal request conditions apply in every case:
Minimum withdrawal is £10, except in the case of final withdrawal to close an account. Withdrawal requests are limited to one per day. Any withdrawal request in excess of £600 may require proof of identity.
Withdrawal requests to a credit or debit card can only be made to the card registered to your account and with which you have deposited funds.
Promotional Bingo Bonus money cannot be paid out, although winnings from it may be.
Can I play with a credit card not in my own name?
In order to protect the security of all our players and to remove any fraud, you can only play with a credit card that matches the name and address that you registered with.
What is the minimum/maximum amount I can deposit?
There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can deposit in your account, these are as follows: each separate deposit must be at least £10 and no greater than £1,000. You are not permitted to make more than 10 deposits by any one deposit method in any one 24 hour period.
How do I fund my account?
