How do I register?
To register, simply select "Play Now!" from the left menu and fill out the registration form provided. Please be sure to be accurate with the information you submit since your winnings, gifts and prizes will be sent to this name and address.
How do I change or update information?
If you have made an error or would like to change or update information please update your details by clicking the Edit Account button on any page. You must be logged in to use this function. Alternatively you can send your new details to Customer Service and we will make the adjustments. For security reasons changes to credit or debit card details must be made through Customer Support.
How do I login?
Step 1 of the registration requires you to type in your Username and Password. This is your login data and will have been sent to your e-mail address in a Welcome Mail. You can use these to login through the Express Login box on the home page.
How do I start playing?
To play any of the games, you have to start by registering. To register, simply select “Play Now!” in the top navigation menu and fill out the form provided. Once you have registered you will be able to login to the Members' Area where you can deposit money into your account and begin playing the games!
Can I play for free?
We do not provide free play bingo, however we will give all new players a Welcome Bonus of £1.00 in Bingo Bonus to try out the game. To receive your Welcome Bonus please register and activate your account by clicking the link sent to you in your welcome email. Players without a valid email address will not be entitled to a Welcome Bonus.
I forgot my username or password, what do I do?
If you've forgotten your password click on “forgotten password?” in the Express Login Box. On the new page that will appear you can request your password to be sent to you by filling in your Username and Security Word. Alternatively contact Customer Support for assistance. If you've forgotten your Username please contact Customer Support for assistance.
